This mod is a collection of all the available perks and adds from the original Fallout 3 game.

What are the attributes requirements for each perk?

All of the attributes requirements are based on the type of weapon the player is using. For example, the Speed requirement is based on the type of bike the player is riding. The health requirement is based on how much health the player has. The remaining stats – namely strength, agility, intellect, and vitality – are based on how far the player has gone and what kind of quest he is on.
